Services provided by Timothy Tomlinson Ministries are religious and ministerial in nature and are limited to Christian pastoral care, prayer, inner healing, biblical pastoral counseling, spiritual guidance, and spiritual deliverance.

Pastor Timothy Tomlinson is a non-licensed Christian pastoral counselor. He does not represent himself as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), psychologist, physician, or other licensed mental-health or medical professional. Services provided do not constitute psychotherapy, mental-health diagnosis or treatment, medical treatment, or other licensed clinical services and are not intended to replace care from a qualified licensed professional when such care is needed.

Pastoral ministry services are provided consistent with applicable clergy exemptions, including A.R.S. § 32-3271(A)(3) in Arizona and ORS 675.825(3)(b) in Oregon. Arizona law provides an exception from behavioral-health licensure for clergy performing regular or specialized ministerial duties under the authority of an established religious organization, while Oregon law exempts recognized clergy acting in their ministerial capacity from its professional counseling and marriage-and-family-therapy licensing requirements.
