Answer: Each session is a sacred appointment—a reserved time for you to meet with the Lord. To honor our ministers' time and the many others waiting for breakthrough, we do not offer rescheduling or refunds for missed appointments. Please treat your booking as a firm commitment to your healing journey. All appointments are considered final once booked. 2. The Financial Covenant (No Refunds) Question: What is your refund policy? Answer: All sessions and services are non-refundable. By booking, you agree to this covenant and commit to not initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. We dedicate our full spiritual and professional attention to your session, and we trust you to honor the financial seeds sown into this ministry. 3. Expectation of Outcomes Question: What results can I expect? Answer: While we facilitate the space, healing and deliverance come only through our Lord Jesus Christ. We do not rely on hype or theatrics. We trust the Holy Spirit to touch exactly what He chooses in our time together. Whether He addresses one root or many, we rest in His wisdom. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, but we promise a peaceful, Spirit-led environment focused entirely on your restoration. 4. The "No Theatrics" Promise Question: What is the environment of the session? Answer: The Holy Spirit is a gentleman. You will not find yelling, chaos, or dramatic displays here. Our sessions are calm, prayer-filled, and focused on Jesus. We invite you into a still, quiet space where your heart can be open to receive what God has for you. 5. Technical & Privacy Details Question: How do we connect and is it private? Answer: All sessions are 100% confidential and conducted via Google Meet. A link will be sent to your confirmation email. We record the session for your future reflection, and the audio is available upon request.

We Record So You Can Stay Present: To ensure you can focus entirely on the Holy Spirit during your time with us, we record all sessions—including those with students. You do not need to worry about taking notes or capturing the moment; we handle that for you. How to Request Your Copy: Recordings are not sent automatically. Question: Is this medical advice? Answer: While our team includes Dr. Leeland Jones (MD & Psychiatrist), these sessions are for Pastoral Counseling and Spiritual Deliverance only. They are not a substitute for clinical medical treatment or emergency psychiatric care. No medication will be prescribed.

Question: Do you offer sessions in other languages? Answer: Currently, all ministry sessions are conducted strictly in English.

Question: How many sessions will I need to achieve total freedom? Answer: Every journey is unique. While some experience immediate miracles, others walk through a process of persistent faith. Most clients find that 2 to 3 sessions are necessary to fully address deep-seated spiritual challenges. We encourage you to seek the Holy Spirit’s guidance on the number of sessions needed for your specific restoration.

Question: Can deliverance or exorcism really work over a video call? Answer: Yes. The power of prayer and the authority of Jesus Christ are not limited by distance. We exclusively use Google Meet for our sessions, which allows for worldwide access. Whether via video or phone, the Holy Spirit moves just as powerfully across the screen as He does in person.

Question: Is it possible for demonic oppression to return after a session? Answer: Scripture warns that if an individual does not maintain their spiritual growth, oppression can return (Luke 11:24-26). This is why we provide aftercare training. Maintaining your freedom requires a committed relationship with Jesus through prayer, Bible study, and applying the tools we give you during our time together.

Question: Is inner healing only for Christians? Answer: Jesus extended compassion and healing to many who were not yet followers. While our ministry is strictly Christ-centered and based on Biblical truth, the primary requirement is a willing and open heart to receive what Jesus wants to do.

Question: How do I know if I need a Deliverance session? Answer: If you are seeing, hearing, or feeling demonic presence, or if you feel a "control" over your thoughts and actions that you cannot break through standard prayer, you may be experiencing demonic oppression. If memories of ritual trauma (SRA) are surfacing, or if you feel "stuck" in a cycle of frustration despite your best efforts, these are strong indicators that a session is needed.

Question: Are you licensed professional counselors? Answer: We are alternative, non-licensed Christian pastoral counselors. Under Oregon Regulatory Statute 675.825(3)(b), we do not practice "professional counseling" as defined by state law. Our support is strictly ministerial, based on biblical teachings, pastoral experience, and the wisdom of our mentors.

Question: Do you accept medical insurance? Answer: No. In accordance with our ministerial focus, we do not accept insurance. All appointments are handled through direct private pay only. This allows us to keep the focus entirely on Spirit-led healing rather than clinical paperwork.

Question: Can this replace my psychiatric treatment? Answer: No. Our sessions are offered solely as ministerial care. They are not a substitute for clinical medical treatment or professional mental health services. If you are in a life-threatening crisis, please call 988 or 911 immediately.

Question: Will there be yelling or dramatic manifestations? Answer: Absolutely not. We believe the Holy Spirit is a gentleman—He does not force, yell, or create chaos. You won’t find theatrics here. Our sessions are peaceful, prayer-filled, and calm, allowing your heart to be still and open to receive.

Question: Why do you charge for ministry sessions? Answer: We base our practice on biblical principles found in Matthew 10:10, Luke 10:7, and 1 Timothy 5:18, which remind us that "the laborer is worthy of his wages." Your session fee supports the ministers and the ongoing work of this ministry to reach the brokenhearted.

Question: How long do sessions actually last? Answer: While the standard booking is 90 minutes, we allow for up to 120 minutes when the Holy Spirit is moving deeply. We tailor each session to your unique needs to ensure time and space for deep healing and divine justice.

Question: Can I do a session with just audio (no camera)? Answer: No. To maintain the integrity and connection of the session, you must use a device with a working camera and microphone. We cannot proceed unless we can see and hear you clearly on screen.
