Your Prayer Breakthrough Strategy
Last week I released a short video talking about breakthrough for peoples lives and the Lord want me to share with you your breakthrough strategy. The Lord is calling his people to spend time in their secret place and praying. As you are in your secret place and spending time with the Lord he is going to reveal to you people you have not forgiven. This is powerful! Once we start forgiving those who have hurt us in our past freedom from the Lord comes in like a rushing wind and heals those past wounds. As those wounds are being healed Breakthrough starts happening and not just in that area. Breakthrough starts happening everywhere in your life. This is a prophetic word for you. There is power in forgiveness! We know this because he taught this to his disciples in the Lords prayer.
You see whatever we sow into is what we’ll reap. If you want breakthrough in your life then you need to make sure that you sow into your own life and get yourself cleaned up for the Lord and for your self. If you’re winning healing then you need to pray for people who need to be healed. This is where you love your neighbor as yourself by praying for your friends and your family who may be sick. If you’re looking for a financial breakthrough then you need to sow into the kingdom of God with your tithes and offerings. These spiritual laws work regardless if you want them to or not. If you sow hatred unforgiveness, gossip or judgment then you will receive it back to you in the same measure that you sowed.
I run into a lot of people that say that they can’t afford to give financially, some people say that they’re too shy to share the love of Jesus however all of us can shine are liked by walking in love and give a little. But most of us don’t give a little more share the love of Jesus by walking in love.
Mark 12:41-44 NIV Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts. But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a few cents. Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. 44 They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on.”
I’m not judging anyone however if you want to receive you need to sow into what you want to receive back in and do it joyfully.
2 Corinthians 9:6-8 NIV Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
Isn’t that amazing! The sad part is we only take it as giving money but the Lord once us to get out of the mindset of just money. This is for every area of your life.
Luke 6:38 NIV 38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
The funny thing is when people read the scripture they think about money and it’s true it is applied to money however it’s applied to every area of your life. And if you’re wanting breakthrough for your finances, your healing, your relationships, or your job then we have to follow the scripture that comes before that.
Luke 6:37 NIV Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
