No-Show, Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Healing The Brokenhearted, each session is a sacred appointment—an opportunity to meet with the Lord and receive healing, clarity, and breakthrough. Because these sessions are deeply personal and time is limited, we have clear and compassionate policies to help protect both your time and ours. No-Show Policy When you schedule a session, that time is reserved only for you. If you miss your appointment for any reason, we will not be able to reschedule or refund the session. We ask that you treat this as a commitment—not just to us, but to your own healing journey. Refund Policy All sessions—including one-on-one appointments and any other services—are non-refundable. By booking a session, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. We give each session our full attention and care, but we cannot promise specific outcomes. Healing, deliverance, and breakthrough come only through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the Son of God. ​Each session is led by Him. Whatever is healed or revealed in that time is what Jesus has chosen to touch—and sometimes that’s one issue, sometimes it’s more. We don’t rely on hype, emotional pressure, or dramatic moments. We rely on Jesus, and trust Him to do what He knows is best for you in that moment. ​Cancellation Policy Our sessions are often booked out weeks in advance. If you cancel your appointment, we are not able to offer a refund or reschedule the session. That time slot is considered used and is rarely able to be filled on short notice. If you'd like to meet again, a new appointment will need to be booked and paid in full.​ ​Rescheduling Policy We do not reschedule appointments or offer rescheduling for missed or canceled appointments. When you request to reschedule, it requires us to block off two separate time slots instead of one—and that limits how many people we can help. Because of this, all appointments are considered final once booked. We encourage you to be sure of your availability before scheduling. ​What to Expect Each session is peaceful and led by the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit is a gentleman—He does not force, yell, or create chaos. You won’t find theatrics here. Instead, we invite you into a calm, prayer-filled time focused on Jesus, where your heart can be still and open to receive. ​Thank you for your understanding, your trust, and for walking this journey of healing with us in Jesus’ name.
